“Receptionist was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious except for cramped kitchen.”

“We loved our stay at Blue Water Resort! The property was beautiful with clean pools, manicured lawns and access to the intercoastal waterway. Our suite was huge too! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cleaning essentials. We enjoyed the guest activities that are offered including the minigolf and kayak tour. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Michelle at the front desk and Melanie in the activities department were awesome! They provided local……

“So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in……

“This is one of my favorite resorts to stay at in Myrtle! Very clean & never have issues with Hosteeva or Expedia. A lot of people say to not stay south of the boardwalk but honestly I think you just have to find a nice place & this one is my favorite. I love how you can see the beach in almost full view but still can see everything going on city view side at night. Went during bike week & it was great!”

“I went to Charleston to see my son that’s stationed there. I have not seen him in 5 months. I wanted to cook for him. I believe because we had dogs with us they put us in the dog room. That was not stocked with cooking supplies. I had to purchase pans And baking pans. I was told their shipment has not come in yet. I asked for sheets and was not delivered. I finally found the maintenance man and he gave me sheets. All in all I did get to spend a great time with my son and did cook a bunch.”

“The pool was small, we just went to the beach. The property was very nice. Be aware they are going to try and sell you a time share they claim isn’t a time share. ”

“Nice relaxing weekend with 5 star stay at Winyah Bay Club. Fantastic accommodations as advertised. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. ”
